Q: How do I secure my session date?
A: Once your non-refundable session fee retainer and signed contract is collected your date is secured on my calendar.
Please give 48 hours notice of cancellation in order to reschedule.
 
Q: What about outfit selection?
A: Rest assured it is my goal to represent your unique style! Upon booking you will be provided resources to assist you in selecting the perfect outfits to complement your skin tone and body type. I do require you send pictures of your outfit selection along the way to ensure a cohesive look. When the outfits look great together your products will look even more amazing! 
 
 Q: When is the big reveal?
A: Approximately two weeks after our shoot date your gallery will be posted and ready for download if you pre-purchased one of the digital collections.   

Q: What are the payment options?
A: Cash, check, and credit. Credit will incur a 2.9% tax. The session fee retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session date.  All sessions require a $500 minimum purchase.  The minimum requirement is met a week prior to the session and goes towards your digital collection of choice or print purchase.  Your full balance is due before images/products are sent to print or digital collections are available for download.   Once payment is made in full you can easily download, share and print all your high resolution digital files. 
Payment plans are available upon request and minimum purchase order of $500.

Q: What are the all Inclusive Digital Files?
A: This is an online gallery you can easily download, share and print all your fully edited, high-resolution files. Please note if you choose to print from a non-professional lab, results may vary and Chantal Erickson Photography is not responsible for the quality of images you receive. Chain photo labs and 1hour printing services vary in paper, ink, and color calibration which can greatly jeopardize professional quality and appearance.
 
Q: If I purchase a collection with the all Inclusive Digital Files do I own the copyright?
A: Because the art and vision of the images, as well as the pre- and post-production, are Chantal Erickson’s, the copyright of all images remains with the studio.
They cannot be sold or submitted to contest without prior written permission. Images cannot be used online without the visible watermark or credit given to Chantal Erickson Photography. 

Q: What does it mean when you say images may crop?
A: This is very important to note! Not every image will suitably work with every print size. Depending on the dimension size you select to order, you may loose some of your image on the top/bottom or left/right.
 
Q: When/Where do I pick up my order?
A: Your print order will be ready approximately 2 weeks after submitted for processing. Specialty Products such as albums, folio’s and folio boxes will take a few weeks longer depending on the season. You are responsible for picking up the order from the studio. Shipping options are available at an additional fee.  Digital collections are available for download once payment is met in full.
